竟敢跟享譽國際的餐廳 鼎泰豐相提並論
筆者當然要來品嚐看看
究竟是真的有料
還是只是膨風而已

店內空間滿寬敞的
座位主要以圓桌為主
不過也有幾張方桌

正筠的店主人三十年前曾在鼎泰豐當過師傅
正筠與鼎泰豐的小籠湯包各有特色
所以才與其相提並論

鼎泰豐的湯包標準是十八摺
則正筠的湯包則是十三到十六摺
店主人表示摺數如果在十八摺以上
最後摺出來的蒂頭會比較大
容易影響到口感
所以才設定在十三到十六摺

價格也相對低廉一些

套用吃湯包的SOP
先將湯包夾在湯匙上
在用筷子將湯包夾破一個小洞讓湯汁流出
先嚐嚐濃郁的湯汁

這湯包相當多汁
清鮮的肉汁湯汁在口中蔓延
雖然味道稍鹹但不油膩
接著將湯包一口咬下
外皮 內餡 湯汁完美融合
味道還不賴

搭配少量的薑絲品嚐
或是將湯包底部沾上少許醬油品嚐
都別有一番風味

不必大老遠跑到屏東去
因為正筠的第二家分店就落腳在台中
菜色與裝潢都和本店一樣
在台中就能品嚐到這名店美食了
